Hi Jim, it seems that individual country region 3 band planners have already addressed this issue, for example Iizumi, JG1APX, has sent me a JA band plan (amended 5th Jan 2015) which expands the NB bandwidth (narrow bandwidth) from the IARU region 3 general "no greater than 2kHz" to "up to 3kHz" for bands above 160m. So at least in JA MSK144 is usable in NB Data sub-bands. 73 Bill G4WJS. |
