#42 When fitting beam, also fit MFS PSF when -channelsout is used

No

The integrated MFS image in a '-channelsout >1' run does not have its own fitted beam; currently it is set to the last fitted beam (highest channel), and the BEAM keywords are not written to the MFS fits file. Better is to fit to the MFS PFS.

This has been implemented now; A MFS PSF image is made and the beam is fitted there. the MFS model and residual images are made as before, but now include beam keywords. The MFS restored image is rendered from the model image, the residual image with the MFS fitted beam.

Additionally, the MFS dirty image is now also part of the output when channelsout>1.
