i have odt document with linked images. I'm trying convert his, but images don't appears correctly(rather, don't appears). Please, say me w2l support this? And if yes, how I can convert this document rightly?

Linked images are partially supported:
In the EPUB export there is no support
In the XHTML export linked images are included
In the LaTeX export linked images are included if they have a format that LaTeX can understand.
To which format do you export?
I'm export to xhtml("text/html") format. Problem appear when I convert usermanual.odt from standart complectation of w2latex116. Image (that contain text "Writer2Latex" and Included in this ODT file) don't exported with html file. May be I must copy this file (and other image files in the root of odt file, if they are) manually?

If you use the export filter (rather than the command line), all embedded images are automatically converted to a suitable format. You may embed all linked images as described here:
