When converting xhtml, it is possible to split documents into several files and repeat levels of heading with options "split_level" and "repeat_levels."
How to repeat on each page other styles than heading?
I would like to repeat the "main title", "subtitle" and "author" styles. I build a digital library, and I would like that users immediately identify which book or article they are reading, for example if they accessed through a search engine.

I would do this by a separate program, script or XSLT stylesheet, since writer2xhtml should only do ODT to XHTML conversion, not a lot of other complex tasks, too.
