[Wrapper-user] Making HP-UX Itanium 64-bit binaries available

I=92m new to the open source process, so please bear with me if this =
question is silly.  After a few modifications to the makefiles, I=92ve =
successfully compiled the wrapper for HP-UX Itanium 64-bit and it =
appears to be functioning correctly.  I=92d like to make the binary =
available to other wrapper users=85 is this permissible and/or =
desirable?  If so, what is the process to make it available from =
SourceForge?
