Cory, On Windows, you can use the 32-bit Wrapper on a 64-bit machine, but if you are using a 64-bit JVM, you must be using a 64-bit version of the Wrapper. The 64-bit Wrapper has not yet been released. I am working to get it out by the end of the year as a lot of people have been requesting it lately.
