[Wrapper-user] Very Weird ... Why JVM is starting few times

This is happening only few times.

This is snippet from log and I see 5 occurences of such thing. Why my JVM is exiting and who sent that request ?? Some times my application is running fine and I dont see any such thing in log. I have not set any time related properties in config file
