[Wrapper-user] Files missing by building

I'm trying to build the version 3.2.3 of the java service wrapper.=20
The build.xml file expects the file "wrapper32.vsprops.in".=20

I was not able to find this file in the distribution.

Some other bat files for Visual Studio 8 seems to be also missing.

Anyone can help?=20
