[Wrapper-user] patch (2/4) -- link with -m on linux

Here's the 2nd patch; it's a trivial patch that just adds "-m" to the  
link line on Linux.  Recent versions of Linux (Debian and Ubuntu, at  
minimum) don't automatically link with libm, so you have to add it  
explicitly if you want the math functions.
