[Wrapper-user] Access is denied while attempting to write to a file

David, thank you for your advice. I did change the properties file to use
the same account that I was logged on with to run the service. Still not
sure why the 'Local System' account doesn't work though, checked all of the
file permissions and all files seem to be readable/writeable for all
accounts. Kind of ponderous.
