[Wrapper-user] Program starts as a service but GUI not displayed

Hi there,
 
I have written a program using JDK 1.6 beta, and am making use of some of the new features. The program starts up on system boot as a service on Windows XP, but the neither the GUI or the system tray icon are displayed.
 
Can anyone help me out with this problem? Is it that JDK 1.6 is not supported?
 
Any advice would be much appreciated.
