[Wrapper-user] Application Terminate

I start the program "./MYWRAPPER start" and then I found as following msg from logs,
 
FATAL  | wrapper  | 2005/09/08 14:51:29 | There were 5 failed launches in a row, each lasting less than 300 seconds.  Giving up. 
 
What is the meaning? and How to fix it?
