[Wrapper-user] Remote Start/Stop

Is it possible to use the JavaServiceWrapper to start/stop the already
installed services? I know you can do this through the netcsv command
that comes with the service pack, but was wondering if it is within the
capabilities of the wrapper. I would want to do this so that I could
have another java program on a different machine be able to stop/start
the services without using netcsv and the dos interface.
