Frank,
I don't use either of those OSs but the Windows 95, 98, ME series of
OSs do not
support the concept of Services at all. So no you can not run the
Wrapper as a
service.
That given, it is quite possible to use the Wrapper under 98, ME
(not sure about 95).
You simply run the Wrapper in console mode. You can get service like
functionality
by placing a link to the Wrapper's batch file into your startup menu.
