[Wrapper-user] Windows 98 SE support?

Hi,

I'm wondering if the Wrapper allows for the installation of a service on 
Windows 98 SE and Windows ME. Admittedly, I'm not that familiar with 
Windows, but I understand that those two OSs have the concept of a 
system service. If the Wrapper can't do that, are there other software 
packages that would?
