    Have you read over this topic in the FAQ?  It sounds like you may have.

    How are you referencing the network drives?  They are mapped?  Have 
you tried
using the UNC syntax?  I have had problems with mapped network drives on 
startup
as well.  Seems to be a Windows issue rather than a Wrapper issue 
however :-/
