Daniel,
Currently, the releases for the various platforms are built on said
platforms.
They are all built using the exact same source, but at different times
etc and
using different JVM versions. This can cause slight differences in the
size of
the jar files produced on each platform.
You should be able to use wrapper.jar file from any distribution
with all
the rest however. Personally I usually use the wrapper.jar from the Windows
distribution as that is my primary development machine. But it
shouldn't matter.
