I have heard that some users are able to use it under Windows 98.  Not sure
about Windows 95 though.   You will not be able to install as a service of
course.  But the ability to run in console mode should work fine.

Give the batch files that come with the Wrapper a try.  But if they do not
work, try launching the Wrapper manually with the following command

Wrapper.exe -c ..\conf\wrapper.conf

Please post back with your results as I am sure there will be others out
there with the same question.
