The documentation states that "Applications may wish to restart after having had their configuration files modified... JVM restarts are triggered by calling WrapperManager.restart()". The configuration files referred to do not include wrapper.conf, do they? I've done some quick tests using win 2000 pro, with the following results: restarting the service through the service panel (or doing "net stop x", "net start x") causes wrapper.conf to be re-read and applied. calling WrapperManager.restart() does not cause wrapper.conf to be re-read. Is this how it works on all platforms? Thanks! Justin McReynolds Java Development I/O Concepts, Inc. (425) 450-0650 ext 124 cell: (206) 718-2726 |
