I just got a mail from the SF admins that tell me that the anonymous CVS 
access is
currently against a copy of the CVS tree that is 24 hours old.  This was 
most likely
why you were not seeing the newest changes that I had made.  The message 
says
that this is temporary, so hopefully  anonymous CVS access will soon be 
connecting
to the live CVS archive again soon.
