[Wrapper-user] Wrapper 3.0.3 released

The 3.0.3 version of the Java Service Wrapper was released today.

This version adds support for Mac OSX.
We also reworked the Linux / UNIX shell scripts so that they now
work correctly when referenced as symbolic links,

This version also includes a couple of fairly significant bug fixes
discovered while porting to Mac OSX. These were causing
segmentation faults for some users on UNIX platforms.
