Hi, I've created a Java service that takes requests from a client and communicates with MQSeries for each request. I've tried running it with the Java Service Wrapper and although it works, it works really slow. I've run it on the JNT.exe wrapper and got about ten times the throughput I got from the Java Service Wrapper. It seems that the wrapper halts execution about every second for, the throughput seems to "stutter". I suspect it has something to do with I/O between the wrapper and the JVM. All logging had been turned off so that can't be the problem. I hope someone can point me in the right direction here because I would really like to use the Java Service Wrapper instead of JNT.exe. The configuration and monitoring options are so much better!
