[Wrapper-user] Almost ready for a 3.0.0 release

Hi all,
There have been a huge number of changes for this next release. I have
tried to go
through and test it all out, but any extra eyes looking it over would be
a great help.

I have placed a prerelease version 3..0.0b up on the server for those
without CVS access:
http://wrapper.tanukisoftware.org/releases/

I am planning to do some work on the docs before the release but the latest
can be found at the following as well as in the releases.
