[Wrapper-user] native library

I noticed in the repository that a new method requestThreadDump is =
available.
This is great.

But, I dont like it being implemented in the native library. I would =
prefer it to send a message
to the wrapper executable and have it send a console signal to the jvm.

Btw, when using the wrapper executable to launch my application, what =
use is the native library
exactly?
