[Wrapper-user] Version 3.5.4 works in XP but not in Windows 7.

Hi,

We are using Java wrapper service version 3.5.4. It works fine in Windows 
XP machine. But the same does not work in Windows 7. 

The application starts by displaying a swing pop up and prompts user to 
enter user id. As mentioned above, same works fine in XP but not in 
windows 7. Windows 7 does not display pop up. 

Do I need to upgrade java wrapper service version to make it work in 
windows 7 as well?
