[Wrapper-user] sorry, forgot to include wrapper version

We have a service that is being successfully installed in Windows 7, but not Windows 8. We had hoped to be able to debug this using information from the log file, but that file is created only in Windows 7, not Windows 8. Any thoughts on why the log file is not being generated on Windows 8? Thanks.
