[Wrapper-user] issues with logfile.format=LPZM

I am using Wrapper version 3.2.1 on Windows 7 Enterprise. Following are the contents from wrapper.conf file

My log file(contents below) does not get formatted to include millisecond time when I user LPZM. LPTM format works but I need time up to milliseconds
