Dummy me, java was pointing to the jre instead of the jdk, so tools.jar
issue is solved.
Only script problem (solved via manually ant) and the following remains:
init:java-missing:
[echo]
**********************************************************************
[echo] * The src/java directory could not be found. Most likely this
is a
[echo] * pre-release distribution. Please run "build32 release" to
build
[echo] * the full release.
[echo]
