[Wrapper-user] CHANGING THE WRAPPER APPL DIRECTORY

Hello,
If I want the wrapper to reside in my application's directory without changing the rest of directories, what should I edit in the conf file ?.
Example; I want the wrapper application to be  in "myapp/", while the rest  of the wrapper files in their perspective folders are unchanged.
What should I change in the conf file?
I have tried many options without success.
I am using a jar application. Is this possible ?
