Hello Alexandros,

I'm sorry for the delay.

Currently it is not possible to disable the dialog from popping up after
the wrapperW.exe file has been customized.

I will look into this and add an additional parameter '--silent', so no
output will be shown.
This would then be available in the next version of the Wrapper, however.
