Hello Giuliano, I'm sorry for the confusion. Since the service is still running while you run the update, I can assume that Windows holds a file lock on several files, which can't be deleted/updated by the Java Update. So it fails half-way. I don't think that there is much we can do from our site to handle this properly, since it would be rather the task of the updater to check if there are any relevant Java processes running prior to the update. (Similar to the update of Adobe's Flashplayer updates) Usually if you are deploying an application you should also evaluate if it makes sense for your application if you ship it with a own JVM, rather than relying on the user to have a Java installed.
