This is Roberto from Tanuki Software. Sorry for the problem this is causing
you. Could you tell me the error you are getting when you try to access the
website?

Is it a 500 or 404 error ?
Is it a DNS problem? probably the browsers show this as a "Website not
found".

Could you also try the following:

If windows, open a command prompt and type the following command

nslookup wrapper.tanukisoftware.com

ping 118.22.0.25


If Linux or Mac please type the following in a terminal

host wrapper.tanukisoftware.com

ping 118.22.0.25


And please send me the results to  roberto at tanukisoftware.co.jp   as the
output of these commands may contain your IP and this is a public mailing
list.
