I am sorry for the trouble.  There have been no outages of the
website.  I wonder if it is a DNS problem of some kind?

What OS are you using?

What do you see if you try to "ping wrapper.tanukisoftware.com" ?

If it is a DNS problem then it will fail to resolve:

$ ping foo.bar
ping: cannot resolve foo.bar: Unknown host

If it is some other problem then it will get ping timeouts.

Is anyone else having any problems?
