[Wrapper-user] Java Service Wrapper 3.5.12

Hi all,
I would like to announce the release of 3.5.12 of the Java Service
Wrapper.  This version is primarily a bug fix release:

*) We fixed a security problem on UNIX platforms where files created by
the JVM and Wrapper had access which was too open unless specifically
configured otherwise.

*) Improved output when the WrapperJarApp helper class is used with an
non-executable jar.

*) Improve parsing of log formats.

An a few other minor issues.

In addition to our internal testing, when release new versions, they
are released as "Unstable" for a period of approximately 2 weeks.   If
after that time we have not received any reports of critical problems
the version will be upgraded to "Stable" on the site.  This makes it
possible for you to decide whether you would like to try out the
latest and greatest version or stick with a safer known version for
deployment with your applications.
