[Wrapper-user] Can't start more than 50 windows services

Hi

I'm testing the community edition.
Everything was working OK until I've reached 50 services installed on a 
Windows Machine.
After the 50 service is running, I'm unable to start any new service 
using the wrapper.
Is this a limitation of the community edition?
