thank you for your response. Here are some details:

- Linux (Gentoo 4.3.2-r3 p1.6, pie-10.1.5, gcc version 4.3.2)
- i686 Intel(R) Core(TM) i7 CPU 950 @ 3.07GHz GenuineIntel GNU/Linux
- Wrapper (Version 3.2.3) -> it's bundled with ActiveMQ but I 
  also tried wrapper-linux-x86-32-3.3.6 with exactly the same result

Malte,
This is not an error I have seen in the past.  That code does not
directly do anything with files either.

Please let me know the OS, OS version, as well as the version of the
Wrapper you are using.  I will also go in and look over the code.
