Christian, Thanks for pointing this out. We have added this to our todo list for a future release. Looking at the upstart web site, it does not appear that this is yet a standard technology however. As you are obviously familiar with working with Upstart, is this something you would be willing to submit a patch for? Or provide more information on what you need it to do? It looks like this is a new alternative way of launching and controlling daemon applications. >From a quick overview it looks like this would be a matter implementing a new version of our shell script?
