Ian, The wrapper.jar file is build once on a 32-bit windows machine using Java 1.3 for the best compatibility. That same jar is then included in the various releases. So no there are no differences. You can use the same wrapper.jar everyplace. If you need to support multiple platforms. Take a look at the delta pack. The files are all named to make this an easy task.
