Ariella,
The logging levels can be configured for each of the logging targets;
Console, Log File, and Sys Log/Event Log.
The logging related properties are all described here:
http://wrapper.tanukisoftware.org/doc/english/props-logging.html

Take a look at the "...loglevel" properties.
