Hareesh, It is possible to run multiple instances of the Wrapper on the same machine. You need to make sure that they each have their own configuration file and wrapper.log file at the least. If you are using any of the pid or other files you need to make sure that they are also unique. It is usually easiest to give each application its own wrapper instance and then keep all of the paths relative. The service names for each service will also need to be unique. Other than that, there should be no limit to how many wrapper based services you can run other than the limits of your system resources.
