If possible, provide a way to tell a Java process
running as an NT service when an interactive user logs in.

A method, getInteractiveUser was added to version 3.1.0. I
decided to leave it up to the user code to call this method
at an interval of their choosing to find out when the user
logs in. There is no way to have windows notify the wrapper
when a user logs in.
