when i'm trying to run the wrapper as the NT service in
windows xp the error is occured while it runs properly in
windows 2000/2003. The following error occured and the
wrapper terminates.

>The process terminated unexpectedly.

First make sure you can execute "java" from a command prompt.
A JRE path needs to be in your "path" environment variable.

The problem here is that Java is not on your PATH. It would be better to set your wrapper.java.command property=%JAVA_HOME%/bin/java
Then make sure that your JAVA_HOME environment variable is set SYSTEM WIDE. Not just for the account you are logging in as.
