No conact info for you, so hopefully you are monitoring this.
I tried this out on a Japanese Windows system and it worked
witout any problems. Both in console mode and when running
    as a service.

Coud you let me know what platform and version you are
using. Also when is it failing for you, what is the path
that is causing you problems? It may also be useful to get
a copy of your wrapper.conf and the output of the
wrapper.log file with debug output enabled. Depending on
how far it is getting it may have some useful information.
Note that if the wrapper is unable to write to the defined
wrapper.log file, it may fallback and write to a file called
wrapper.log in the same directory as the Wrapper.exe, or in
the Windows/system32 directory if running as an NT service.

    Cheers,
    Leif

Hmmm, I believe that this may be a problem for you, but I
have no way to contact you. I'll post a message on the
mailing list about this and see if any other users have
    experienced problems.

    Cheers,
    Leif
