#137 wrapper.java.pidfile does not work correctly

the files configured by "wrapper.pidfile" and
"wrapper.java.pidfile" both contain the PID of the
wrapper process on Linux, but the Java-PID-file should
(according to the documentation) contain the PID of the
JVM-process.
