Hi,
my distribution (Mageia) provides a package of WenQuanYi Micro Hei font family, version 0.2.0.
In this family of fonts, the korean character U+b0b8 (낸) is using the glyph of U+b0f0 (냰), which is a mistake. These are 2 distinct characters, obviously.
If this could be fixed in new versions of the font, that would be better for this font to be usable by Korean-speaking people.
Thanks.
Note: see http://www.unicode.org/fr/charts/PDF/UAC00.pdf for details about the difference between the 2 glyphs (there is an additional line in U+b0f0).
