#2 email problem

I cannot get auto email to work on motion detection
which is what I was hoping to use it for.

Saving files to local disk with rotated and time
stamped file names works fine.

There is no attempt at Internet access as monitored by
a firewall and by a TCPView program even though the
Email icon appears in the Graph Bar and the email SMTP
server is correctly setup.

Spurious chars can appear at the end of the "From",
"Subject" and "Body Text" fields of the Message
Properties form suggesting possible buffer overrun?
(On clicking the Publish Image | Location Tab | email
radio button | Message properties button).
