#28 The Wordpress OpenID plugin is not active

Getting a error here.

"The Wordpress OpenID plugin is not active. Check OpenID Options for a full diagnositic report."

Going to the options page shows nothing. It's totally blank. Nothing in the error logs as well.

PHP version is 4.4.4

I looked at my php log and found this....

[11-Jan-2007 16:20:47] WPOpenID Status: Plugin Database Version [fail]: Plugin database is out of date. 0 < 85

That is the only thing that failed so this must be the issue.
