#23 batch processing of documents - one to many

What is the recommended way to batch send one document to many recipients?
We use regex to extract the number from the document. that works fine if we "print" one document per recipient.

Howto send one documents to 200 different recipient? We have no option in microsoft word to print each page in a form letter individually.
