Hi~~
When i compile this project, a error appears when begins to link and fails due to something in icuuc.lib.
Any chance you could share the icuuc.lib you have?

[BCC32 Error] Config.cpp(129): E2268 Call to undefined function 'uloc_getDisplayLanguage_4_0'
