Hello all,
I'd like to let you know that WPHFR project is now supporting a little child's fight against cancer. Her name is Andrea, she is only 7 years old and she lives in my hometown. She is affected by DIPG (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Diffuse_intrinsic_pontine_glioma) and needs expensive therapies which the italian healthcare, obviously, is not providing.
Those of you who care about such a heartrending circumstance can get more info on this page: http://www.lorenzomonti.it/andrea/en/
Donations of at least 15€ will be rewarded with a brand new version of WPHFR that includes FAXCOVER SUPPORT. The software will be open-sourced as usual, sometime in the future.
But I think we have the opportunity to make an act of charity today. Don't miss it.
Sincerely,
- Lorenzo -

I can't believe 1200 persons came across the appeal for Andrea in the last 30 days, but only 2 decided to give their support donating money.
Come on, people! Is this your vision of "free software"? Free as "free beer"?

It seems like a deadly genetic disease. She has 0% to survive. So horrible.
But she may have 0.001%, who can tell. It is for that 0.001% we all are working for.
